To coordinate labor-management relations and promote labor-management cooperation, we have established diversified mechanisms to meet different communication demands in order to establish sound labor-management interaction and for employees to develop organizational commitment and improve work enthusiasm. A labor union in the Yangzhou Site has already been established, and the participation rate of local employees is at 100%. Since no labor union has been established at E Ink's Taiwan and USA Sites, E Ink's overall employee participation rate in labor union came to 26%.
